About the Studio
A design philosophy built on purpose
Grandeur Structures Nigeria Limited is a premium interior design and architecture studio serving residential, commercial and hospitality clients across Nigeria. Led by Creative Director Samuel Ayobami Falaye, who holds an MBA in Project Management; the studio pairs technical precision with creative vision to deliver spaces that feel considered down to the last detail.
From private residences and luxury lounges to full-scale hospitality builds, every project is guided by one belief: nothing should be accidental. Materials, lighting, layout and finish are chosen with intent, and delivered end‑to‑end,from first consultation to final handover.
